sporting and the XDH

My narcissistic XDH was following me and sitting next to me at my son's soccer and I blew up at him while he was recording me. I think he's going use my anger again me in a customer battle. Should I be worried?

Blowing up at your XDH is probably okay. It was not in ear shot of your son, and he was clearly egging you on. There is nothing you can do now except endeavor to remain calm whenever you are around your XDH in the future.

But he follows me at the event? Isn't that bad?

Start recording him following you.

It seems clear he's being coached on how to set you up. Proceed with caution!

Do I qualify for a restraining order? Anyone with experience in this?

at my son's soccer

Your son is not his son too? In which case he has a right to be there, and is being a good dad by being there.

You sound like you're trying to set him up for some bullshit legal attack, tbh.

It's our son. And he follows me around at the place and sits next to me so I blew up at me. I need to cover for it.

Just ignore him.

"I blew up"? Or "he blew up at me"?

And what does "I need to cover for it" even mean?

You are having an awful lot of trouble presenting your story coherently. Really sounds kinda fishy.

OP, are you drunk?

My ex wife was filming snorting lines of cocaine. I think she’s gonna use that against me...

I suppose you could get a restraining order, if you can prove he’s been following and harassing you. Consult a lawyer. Don’t worry about this blow-up, but try not to get angry next time. Instead, film him right back while you ask him to stop following him. Evidence, you see.

By following I mean he sits next to me and if I move, he does. He doesn't say anything.
