I’m in now for Philly 5/12 I logged in to get into the cheque and it took me right to the tickets. I can’t buy and the code doesn’t work but I can see the arena and there is a spot for the code when 2:00 comes. Do y’all think this will work at 2:00 if I keep fiddling with it and keep it active between now and then or should I log out and start over?

This confused me as well. When I click on the More Info link to go to a particular show it takes me to what looked like the presale thing from yesterday. Is that still the presale (which is technically still active) or the line for the Cap One sale?

You are lucky you can even get it in. I can't get in the queue. It says I am not a verified fan. Am I doing something wrong? Hopeful it opens up at 2.

Actually - can you have someone else use their Ticketmaster acct to be prepared to join the queue in case something weird happens to yours between now and then?

So I just tried to get in, too, with a CAP1 card and it says 72 people ahead of me... but I don't think this is going to actually work right?

Now it just took me to a page that said "next sale starts in 50 minutes" or whatever. Not sure if I should stay there or exit back out and wait until closer to 1:45

I got through the queue but it says that the next sale starts at 2pm today. Then is shows a countdown clock that says 3hours 4 mins. That's not right. And it never asked me for my Cap1 info. i don't know if i should stay or try again.

when do you enter the code? When getting in line for tickets or when you've reached the en of the line?

You enter the code when they let you in to purchase. You can't see available tickets until you unlock it with your code then you go right to the seating map.

for those of you who tried yesterday, were you able to try for 2 shows at the same time? did you just have two tabs open?

Yes, yesterday you could for multiple if they both were within your verified region. Two different tabs.

DO NOT TRY FOR THE SAME SHOW IM MULTIPLE TABS OR ON MULTIPLE DEVICES

Yesterdays codes were for one show only. I would not try to open two tabs personally.
