Attorneys: Can Kav and Gorsuch and Amy B be impeached for lying under oath to Congress? The LIED. |
I get that. You're ignoring the previous posts and trying to suggest I'm ignorant and uneducated. Not at all. |
Younger generations are also less sexually active. And have fewer babies. This decision may affect one or more of those statistics. Or not. |
What I mean is that we all KNEW that they intended to overturn Roe. That's what they were there for. The three of them. It's the whole reason they are there - that, and getting more guns in more hands. Their answers were cagey and insincere, and there cannot be a person around who thought their answers ("settled precedent, lolol!") meant they were not going to toss that law over the second they got the chance. What's the point of this faux outrage? Just a little show for the idiots in back? |
Just shut up already. |
It would be nice if Congress passed a law making abortion legal nationwide. However, if and when the GOP gets full control, they will outlaw abortion again. It will be a seesaw unless SCOTUS rules on an ironclad case that can't be overturned. That's what will keep abortion safe and legal in perpetuity. |

No one in this tangent said "just a fetus" until you. So if this is you're defense, I think you're proving your own self-description. |
No, wrong. Make a case that the SCOTUS can't rule the wrong way. It can happen with the right strategy. |
Of course not, because they didn't lie. They used coded language to suggest that they respected Roe, but never promised to uphold it. They allowed people to draw incorrect conclusions (knowingly), but didn't lie. |
DP. See earlier post. It's not true. People 18 to 29 are way way way more pro-choice than any previous generation |
Interesting emphasis on being able to obtain an abortion while in college. |
Um no one is suggesting that. You are proving that by being obtuse and ignoring scientific language. If you ignore science you are ignorant. It is actually in the word itself. |
This is a right expressly written in the Constitution. This is the argument that will make abortion safe and legal forever. |
Pro choice about what issue? Pro abortion? |
