Experiences with Mana CDC daycare?

Hi - we have a spot to start our 3-month-old daughter at Mana CDC on Colorado ave nw next month and were hoping to hear from people who have gotten chills care there. (I’ve searched the archives but didn’t find anything more recent than two years old). The teachers seem lovely but we’ve had issues getting in touch with the director and they’ve been slow to get us paperwork so we’re a little concerned about how the disorganization carries over to the classroom. Appreciate any insight into your experiences — good, bad or in between. Thanks!!
