sleep for a 14 week old puppy

We have a 14 week old Australian Labradoodle. What should I expect in terms of her sleeping through the night? She sleeps in a crate in our TV room upstairs and goes in there without complaint.

Generally she is pretty tired around 9/10 pm and sleeps near us, then we take her out to go to the bathroom at 11:30 and put her in for the night. She has slept until 6:30 but lately is waking closer to 5 or 5:30. Is this just par for the course for the first few months? Anything any experienced dog owners would recommend in terms of getting her to sleep regularly until 6:30 am?

It doesn't seem to matter if her last bathroom outing is at 11 pm or midnight by the way. One night I kept her up until midnight just to see if she'd sleep later, and she got up closer to 5 am that morning.

She’s so little, I am sure it will get better. She might be happier longer with her crate in your room so she doesn’t wake up alone.

5-6 hours is a long time for a baby puppy. You can try a few things like putting toys/snack in her crate to entertain her when she wakes, but honestly, you'll probably still be waking up and taking her out at 5:30. It will get better as she gets older. In a few months, you will be back to a full nights sleep.
