Trying to decide between genetics labs for PGT-A and PGT-M. Do you know if all of the main ones (Natera, iGenomix, etc.) use NGS, and if all of them report on mosaicism instead of just good/bad? If there are differences, who reports what?
We used Igenomix. They just told us “good/bad,” but I’m not sure whether that’s because they don’t report mosaicism, or because we didn’t have any mosaics.
We used FEC for PGD testing in 2017 and they reported an embryo as mosaic.
