| 2009 I resolved to have a home cooked meal for dinner M-Th. This year my resolution is to have home cooked meal M-F and make lunches for my husband and daughter to take to school/work. My husband liked the idea of a home cooked meal every night, but apparently my plans of protein, vegetable, starch are too elaborate for him. So this year I will make a one pot type meal on Sunday and maybe another on Wednesday. |
| Stop eating out on the weekdays and actually cook at home...try to switch over to whole wheat bread...eat more fresh fruits and veggies (we do mostly canned and frozen) |

I already plan my meals for the week, but I've gotten into a rut. Between my son suddenly not liking food he used to like, and me being too lazy to come up with new ideas.
So I'm hoping to start introducing one new recipe a week. Sure, sure odds are my son won't eat it, but I've got to keep trying! |
