| My family is tired of eating grilled or baked salmon once a week but I want us to keep eating it. Anyone have a recipe? |

Lots of new ways to try. Maple salmon is the best. |

I will be trying this tomorrow for the first time. It sounds delicious, I'll let you know how it turns out!

| i found a copycat recipe for the cheesecake factory's miso glazed salmon and have been wanting to try that. |
Can you post it here? Also, anyone like baked salmon with soy sauce, honey and a little lime juice-I know, the OP said she was sick of baked, but if you can't grill, how else would you cook it? |
| OP Here - baked is fine as long as there is a tasty sauce. My family is sick of plain old salmon. I need to dress it up. |

Mix up some:
ground ginger (in a jar at whole foods) garlic a few cloves mashed mustard balsamic olive oil salt pepper Bake or grill as usual! |
| Buy a thick teriyaki marinade and put it on top. Very tasty and children like it. |
| In a jelly roll pan, bake a container of cherry tomatoes with a little olive oil, a couple tablespoons of fresh thyme, salt and pepper at 350 for 15 muinutes. Add the salmon to the pan and bake for 15 minutes more. So easy and delicious. |

I bought a cedar plank at Whole Foods but you can buy them anywhere. I use that to cook the salmon. Also try this -
Salmon brushed with honey and chili powder, then squeeze lime on it. Bake and brush more honey. DELICIOUS. |

Baked covered with honey and pecans
or my all time favorite - mix equal parts apple butter and dijon mustard, add salt, pepper, thyme to taste. Good baked. Even better grilled on cedar plank |

Broiled then served with the following sauce.
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill 1 large garlic clove, minced 1 teaspoon plus 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice Stir yogurt, 2 tablespoons dill, garlic and 1 teaspoon lemon juice in small bowl to blend. Season with salt and pepper. |

Cedar plan salmon and try this sauce (or you can use this sauce with just broilling, but the cedar plank is so good): equal parts brown sugar and coarse ground mustard. That's it. It's really good.
I also am a huge fan of Bobby Flay's book Grill It. The salmon recipes are pretty much all basic grilled (or for us broiled since it's too cold out to grill) salmon with a sauce. The other thing we've done frequently is to buy store bought pesto and store bought pastry sheets. Bake the pastry, and near the end, add a few slices of tomato. When done, top with grilled/broiled/baked salmon, then spoon pesto on top. |
| I tried a new recipe this weekend with leftover grilled salmon. Flaked it in a bowl, mixed with chopped celery, cilantro, chives, a little mayonnaise, grated fresh ginger and lime juice. Served in endive leaves. It was delicious! |
| There is an amazing recipe for salamon with mixed greens in a book called Simply Salads. I don't have it on me but take a look. The dressing and other ingredients give this dish a delicious assortment of flavors. |
