Do MBT shoes run true to size?

I tried on a friend's whose are an 8.5. I usually wear a 7.5 and I can't tell whether to get that or the 8. Thanks.

A half size bigger. My friend says, yes. She does not like to work out (neither do I) and we feel this is better than nothing.

I think they run .5 size small. I think they also have some guidelines about sizing for them too on their website. Add .5 to that.

I thought they felt like cinder blocks on my feet, so I didn't use them. I can't comment on whether they work.

Those are so UGLY and everyone says they don't work!

what do you mean by "work"? I don't think they are going to give me a workout every time I wear them. I have heard they help with back pain and posture and that is why I am getting them.
