Taking an introductory class next week.

Has anybody taken these types of classes? Were they effective in meeting your fitness goals and/or your ability to defend yourself?

Are these classes pricier than other gym memberships?

It’s a good workout and you will learn to defend yourself. It’s not pretty dancing with kicks and punches, it’s fighting and defending yourself. The best training for the average person.

OP here. Went to the class and enjoyed it! Decided to make it a regular part of my exercise regime.
