2019 Honda Odyssey Elite radio channels

For the LIFE of me I cannot change our radio channels with the typical “push and hold” way of programming channels. Anyone else have this issue? I’m also very frustrated you can’t delete programmed buttons. We bought the car used and there’s about 15 stations saved but none are local channels. I can’t reprogram them and I also don’t want to create any new buttons.

I did, jackass. It says to press and hold but it doesn’t work. Was wondering if anyone else has this issue and maybe there’s a trick to it. But thanks for the helpful advice!

Did you try Youtube? Didn't watch all the way through to see if he sets the radio channels in this video but this may help.

Don't feel bad, I have had my 2019 Ody and still haven't figured out the channels. NUTS.
