What do you think about these earrings for everyday use?
Elegant or not really?

I'm not a fan. I think that combo of metals looks kinda 80s.

And holy moly...the price...for those?!

I don't love mixed metals in the same piece. But I think it is a pretty earring and frequently for sale on therealreal

Meh- I'd find nice gold hoops that clip in the back.

they are classic Cartier. I personally love the van cleef and arpels alhambra line but it's significantly more $$$.

Several issues:

Not a fan of silver and gold mixed together
The earrings are giving me a "blah"vibe
They are way to expensive for what they are

Hi everyone! OP here.
I am Russian and the mixed metals in this Cartier line came from Russian traditional wedding ring in which the three colored hops represent The Holy Trinity and the couples past, present and future.
Kate Middleton also has similar earrings and Diana had the ring.

I really like this line for the mixed metals...
But not sure if I should get small hoops or medium hoops?

OP, I'd get the larger size.

Hideous.

OP, they are classic and lovely, and this tacky crowd has no style. Get the size you can afford and enjoy.

My doctor has Cartier earrings and watch that she wears daily (or at least usually wearing when I see her). I like it; my rich stylish smart doctor; shes a badass.

Boring, and ridiculously priced. I agree with the assessment that those three metals together is a very '80s look.

While agree that the Yurman earrings are hideous, the Cartier are not "lovely." They are boring and overpriced for what they are. Whatever happened to going to a jewelry store and picking something beautiful and well-made, without worrying about the brand?

Way overpriced and not super stylish

I'd get the smaller ones. The bigger ones look heavy, which adds to the dated vibe.
