Serial fan here, looking for new suggestions. Crime Junkies is pretty boring, and i can't seem to get into dateline podcasts. Currently caught up on the jeffree epstein and dc sniper podcasts.

Looking for other great listens - Any suggestion would be great!

Someone here posted about True Crime Obsessed, and that's now my favorite. I also like Dark Poutine (covers Canadian crime stories) and Casefile True Crime (Australian, but covers crimes from all over).

For "lighter" stories in general, there's Criminal. For darker stories, Crime Beat (also Canadian). I also really like Swindled, but will admit that the style is not for everyone.

I just started True Crime Obsessed this week. I'm now obsessed.

I'm only listening to the podcasts about documentaries that I have watched recently or remember well, but it is so funny. Thanks to whoever recommended it.

Once upon. A crime is good, and I also like Casefile.

I’m a my favorite murder fan - but that is a unique brand that doesn’t sit well with everyone.

I just turned on True Crime Obsessed and maybe it's just me but these hosts are over the top. I don't know if I can get through an episode. Especially the guy, every time the woman says something the guy starts hysterically laughing as if it's the funnies thing he's ever heard. I don't know.. i'm going to keep listening but they seem really annoying.

I'm an earlier poster and I also like MFM but I figure everyone's heard of that one by now.

Another one - Confronting OJ Simpson.

True crime podcasts are my life:

Sword & Scale (The host is a tool in real life, but the podcast is wonderful.)

True Crime Garage

Court Junkie

The Vanished Podcast

Criminal (Pretty good pod, but it took me a while to really enjoy it; it's not your standard murder and gore, but very good nonetheless.)

The Cleaning of John Doe (It's about a crime scene cleanup crew. Interesting!)

Also, not true crime, but it's simply wonderful:

Ear Hustle (It's about life inside San Quentin.)

A few I've enjoyed (in addition to others listed), though not all 100% "true crime," they fit the mystery/criminal activity bill:

Dr. Death
Detective Trapp
Crimes of Passion
In the Dark
Don't Talk to Strangers
The Fall Line
Chasing Cosby (a new one I just started today)

22 Hours - made by two WTOP reporters about the Savopolous murders in DC. Very well done. Very heartbreaking and you will be locking all your doors all the time for months afterwards.

Are there people that live in the DMV that don't do this? My doors are ALWAYS locked.
