Marriott Ft. Myers / Sanibel?

Has anyone been there? It looks nice on-line and we have a ton of Marriott points to use. Just wanted to see what people thought of the place.

There are a ton of recent reviews on Tripadvisor... seems kinda mixed (I've got lots of points also and was considering this).

We've been to Sanibel/Captiva with and without kids and we love it! It's very laid back, family friendly, and the beaches are beautiful. And it's a quick drive from Ft. Myers. Lots of condos available, which are always easy with kids. There's also the South Seas resort, but I've never been there.

Marco Island one is much nicer
