Merit School of Clarendon near Court House

Hey all,
Seeking advice or any feedback on the Merit School of Clarendon near the Court House station. This one seems relatively new (opened in mid 2018) and I don't see much review or information on this compared to the sister school nearby (The Merit School of Arlington).

I have done my research on this parent chain ("Minnieland") and aware of the problems and issues that occurred in the past. Not having much option being in an urgent need to enroll 2.5 year old asap, want to hear the feedback on this particular location, including but not limited to how the teachers and admins are, especially in terms of communication with the parents, whether there were any red flags etc.
