Franklin versus Aidan - any thoughts?

We have looked extensively at both schools. We are eager to hear from other parents who looked at both and chose one or the other and why. Or any reputational differences people know of.

Still looking at both at this point - I heard that Aidan does not inform families until after March 15

My DC goes to Franklin and we're very happy with it. In terms of education, I'm sure both schools are good. If you're looking for pure and strict montessori principles, Aidan is for you. Franklin is much more laid back.

We visited both schools. Though we could be way off, we felt that Aidan was pretty rigid and, perhaps, too big (as a first school) for a younger child. We felt that Franklin had a much better energy. Additionally, we heard that Aidan was not particularly helpful to parents if they chose to leave the school before finishing three years of the program (part of Montessori philosopphy).
