Any infertility treatment option with GEHA?

We are in Virginia so could not get an insurance with ivf coverage. Is there any kind of infertility treatment options with GEHA plan?

No, we paid 100% out of pocket for treatment.

We are going through it with GEHA right now. We are at SGF and they pay all diagnostics and TI after deductible/co-pay. No IUI or IVF though.

No, because it’s coded as treatment. Anything coded as treatment they don’t cover. Diagnostic/testing they will.

No. Ask SGF to send your prescriptions to RARX. We compared prices between CVS Speciality (GEHA), Freedom Fertility & RARX. SGF has a special rate with RARX and it came out the cheapest.
