JCCNV vs. BH IFH

Considering both the Northern Virginia JCC and Bright Horizon Inova Fairfax Hospital Campus daycare infant programs for next year. We have toured both and am curious if others have compared the two, how they decided between them, and if they are happy with their decisions. After the tours it seemed like BH administration and facilities are more put together and streamlined than the JCC and there was more fun and joy around the building. Specifically, at BH the tour guide was way more knowledgeable about the program, the waitlist, and enrolling; the infant rooms were bright and open; the outside play area is way more expansive; and it seemed like a pro that the entire building is dedicated to childcare. When we saw the JCC, the infant room was dark and most of the babies were sleeping so it seemed a little sad and remote for the babies that were not sleeping. IF anyone has compared the two programs, did you have similar observations?
