Any Swanson (Arlington) MS Parents out there that use 'Extended Day' Programs?

Our child will be entering Swanson next year and we are wondering how the 'extended day' program works and what HW club/sports/clubs/late bus options are available. We've used the extended day option in ES and have loved it but realize it is very different come MS. Thanks for any feedback.
