They need to be easy. I am not injured or disabled in any way, but I am very out of shape and also I have no natural sense of rhythm and no dance experience, so the moves should be simple to follow.
Also, I would prefer videos at least 15 minutes in length. Thank you in advance! |

Try The Fitness Marshall. The videos usually show different levels. Funny, sassy, but still with descriptions of moves.

Thanks. The first one I clicked on looked a little too advanced, but the second one had him narrating the moves and seemed very manageable. I like his style. |
Yeah you might have to click around, but there are some good ones. I love this one for the narrations alone
