Burning nipples

| I’m 20.5 wks. Last evening all of the sudden my nipples starting burning. Badly. Like an insane amount of pain. Both sides but more so on the left. I was just driving and it started suddenly. This morning they aren’t as bad but still really sore. Has anyone experienced something like that? I’m assuming it’s just hormones could it be anything else? |

| usually breast infections like thrush don't show up until after the baby's born, but maybe it's possible to have one while pregnant? |
