Dull ache from ovary?

I did one round of clomid back in mid November. Since then I’ve had an intermittent dull ache near my left ovary. It’s never pain, just that I can feel something. It would be occasional but since I think I ovulated last week it’s almost always there. More noticeable when I walk. I’ve never felt anything like it before, and never had an ovarian cyst. At my last scan after the clomid there was nothing there, though they do always have a hard time finding this ovary in my US. Is this normal or something worth calling RE about? I anticipate my next baseline data appointment to be around the 17th.

If it's bothering you, I'd say talk to the nurse and see what she says. She might recommend an ultrasound.
