YMCA Arlington Renovation and Membership Rate

We have old memberships to YMCA Arlington and we understand they are closing and rebuilding it. Will our membership go up with new facility? Anyone know timeline — we are looking at a gym promotion elsewhere and want to compare long term but when I called they didn’t know much.
