At in-laws, 9 yr old running a fever and dh wants to take him out tonight!

| Ok 2 of my 3 kids are running fevers (at in-laws 11 hours from our home) and I told my husband he should go to church and family’s house tonight and I will stay home with the 2 sick kids. He’s insisting that he take our oldest with him tonight to family friends house who also have 9 year old and 7 year old. I said absolutely not. He says to have him take Tylenol so he can bring him. No way no how I said. Thanks That’s not fair; he disagrees. Help!!! |

| I don't think those other people would appreciate someone that sick in an enclosed space. And your kid needs to rest. Your DH is a douche for demanding that. I don't know what's wrong with some of these men. My DH once fed our 3 yr old very expired food before we were supposed to go out, and low and behold, DC got really sick out and vomited while we were out. The chill and laid back parenting attitude should only be taken so far. |
