If a grandparent gives one of your children a gift and not the other, how should you handle it? For the record, one of my kids wanted to go to a dinner and he gave her a gift and not my other girl who was not in attendance. It's a LARGE gift too.

I'm confused. So your child that went out to dinner with Grandparent and brought that Grandparent a gift -- then received a large gift?
Then your other child who did not go to dinner or give a gift to the Grandparent did not receive a gift. Please explain. |
So one of your daughters was willing to go to dinner with her grandfather and the other wasn’t—and he gave the one who was willing to see him a gift and not the other?
Well, that’s a good lesson to learn. |
