Atypical--J J Leigh's face

So I'm not sure if this should be in beauty or not--can anybody who knows something about having work done tell me what happened to Jennifer Jason Leigh's face? Is that regular aging? Fillers? Or bad surgery? She just looks so weird.

It's poorly done fillers, too much in her cheeks. She used to be cute back in her Fastimes days.
