Anyone have an easy, tasty Chicken Coronation Salad recipe?

49 West in Annapolis has a delicious coronation salad with apples and craisins I think. Just wondering if someone had a similar recipe. Everything I see online involves cooking, and I'm looking for something I can mix together pretty easily as a sandwich filler for my kids. Thanks!

I do not really have a recipe or exact measurements. I basically buy a ready roasted chicken , shred it. I then add mayo, some sour cream, a little pickle, garlic powder, bell pepper.If there are other items you want, add them. I think it taste better after has chilled for a while.
