Hmm, weight #s are confusing

On the 15th of October I weighed 190 pounds. I started eating healthy, and going to the gym and on the 1st of November, I weighed 184 pounds. Then I had a family emergency, two big weekend events in November, and I went right back to old habits. Didn't go the gym once, ate bags of candy and chips, and just kind of gave up for the month. At the end of November I decided I needed to try again and so weighed myself to see the damage done and... 184 pounds! It doesn't make sense. I am not complaining I didn't put weight back on but I don't get how a month of eating crap and being sedentary did nothing. I am concerned that the weight just hasn't shown up yet and in two weeks I will be back to 190. How fast does a bad week / month show up on the scale?

Just get back on the wagon.

For me, it takes a long time to gain weight and a long time to lose it.

I have a hard time losing weight but once I lose it I don't gain it back easily. I am really good at maintaining my weight.

Either way don't worry about the past month. Get back to those good habits.
