How long did it take for you to get pre authorization for IVF?

Typical time for my insurance is 10-15 business days for every single procedure and medication, so given the time-sensitive nature of IVF this could have been disastrous. I had a few near misses getting things approved that would have resulted in sitting out a cycle so I learned to ask the nurse/financial for an urgent preauthorization every time which takes 48 hours. Don’t know if this is typical but I’ve heard from more than one provider that my insurance makes the process unnecessarily difficult.
