I always gave a week's pay. I was always in a share so it was around $500.

This changes if the nanny has only been with you a couple of months, I would give less.

1 week's pay plus a nice card. Something personal from the kids if it's been long-term would also be nice.

Yes, we would still give a bonus. Probably not our usual two weeks but maybe a week.
