Any Virginia cabs have carseats to airport?

Our neighbors mentioned they used a car seat that the cab provided to get to the airport, but Red Top says they don't do this (and also that a carseat isn't needed, which I don't accept).

Has anyone had luck finding a cab that provides a carseat to the airport? We have a carseat in our location, it is just getting to DCA that is the issue. Otherwise, I guess we will drive and park. Thanks.

I know quite a few people who had used redtop and they did provide a carseat. I wonder if they have changed their policy or if you talked to someone who was new? Legally in Virginia, a careseat is not required to ride in a cab so they weren't giving you wrong information in that case.
