Least expensive way to rent an oceanfront condo at Sea Colony?

Resortquest seems to be more costly than the smaller rental agencies in Bethany. We typically rent through Tansey Warner -- since their prices have traditionally been much lower -- but they seem to have a small inventory right now. Any other suggestions?

I'm in the same boat, and am finding less expensive options through TripAdvisor. Just read the reviews carefully.

rent through an owner who does it themselves (not through resort quest). We did a google search for vacation rentals and found quite a few seal colony owners going it on their own for a much lower rate. i think one site was vacation rental 411 or something like that.

Plus, you are then not tied to the exact check in check out policies o resort quest.
