District Irish Dance Academy is excited to announce our Winter Intro to Irish Dance for Kids mini-mester held at our studio on MacArthur Blvd in the Palisades! In this 6-week series, brand new dancers will jump, kick, step and slide while learning the fundamentals (focus on the "fun"!) of Irish dance, musicality, rhythm, technique and more! The final class will present a showcase for families. It’s a great way to get a taste of the exciting world of Irish dance!
WHO: Kids age 5 & up WHAT: Intro to Irish Dance - Winter Session - for Kids! Offered by District Irish Dance Academy (taught by former Riverdance & Lord of the Dance show professionals) WHERE: The District Irish Dance Studio (5117 MacArthur Blvd NW, Washington, DC) WHEN: Saturdays, 2:30-3:00pm, 1/18-2/22 (6 weeks total) REGISTRATION: https://classbug.com/businesses/1730/events/836648 OTHER DETAILS: Open to brand new dancers.
