They are not HOV anymore, they are HOT lanes. They are like the HOT lanes on the beltway between the mixing bowl and the American Legion Bridge. If you have 3 or more in your car and you switch the EZPASS appropriately, it will be free.

Me too. Traffic was horrific this morning because normally the bridge is free. Today it was over $6! It should be capped at a certain amount per mile, then it would actually ease traffic because it would never go above a certain amount. No one is paying $6 for 0.25 miles.
