| I'm home today with an injury and decided to catch up on Real Housewives of Potomac, which I haven't watched in years. One of the ladies mentioned getting rid of pubic hair using Nair. Have any of you tried that? Seems much more intriguing than shaving or waxing. |
| What’s intriguing about slapping a lotion on there and washing it off? I tried it once and it caused irritation. |
| That’s a terrible idea. You don’t want all those chemicals on your vagina. |
It really doesn't work...I tried it when I was teenager, along with trying to wax that area myself. I have made the same mistakes twice in my life-- but not those particular mistakes. |
| I use it all the time for the sides to be bathing suit ready. I would not use it if you were trying to recreate a Brazilian. I find it far less irritating than shaving. |
| NO way. I used this stuff in HS, and it burns. I would not put it anywhere near my lady bits. |
| I've used it for bikini line. It was ok but messy and slightly irritating. Laser is worth it. |
So sorry for your injury but OP, are you looking for ways to add injury to injury? Not to mention the damage done watching the show?
|
| I've also used it on my bikini line. It works fine. It's also fairly easy to avoid getting it anywhere near your vagina, for a PP. |
Sorry guys, I could not resist..
|
Well you're not sticking the lotion up inside you so... |
| I like it for my bikini line. Very quick and easy. It's not the same formulation as what there was when we were in high school. |
Me too. I use it when wanting a not-super-bare look. |
| Thank god DH prefers full bush. |
| I use Veet (same concept). It's works great. I agree you wouldn't use it to go full Brazilian, but for the sides and keeping it neat it works great, lasts longer, and fewer bumps than shaving. I veet the edges and then buzz the rest with a trimmer (not super short). |
