Do all high schools give the naglieri test in 9th grade, if so why?

| My freshman daughter was given the Naglieri test this year, which I thought was odd because she is already in the Gifted program, and in our county once you're in, you're in. You don't get kicked out and she already took it in 3rd grade when all the kids were screened. I'm not sure if all the 9th graders were given the test or just the one who are already in Gifted. Wondering if this is the norm for most counties. We are in Prince William County by the way. |
