TSJ DA is really FCV DA ( see fcvirginia.com) and only on the girls side.

Fcv boys in the DA? That’d be a laugh.

Correct. FCV boys soccer is an afterthought for that club.

FCV is predominately girls. Exclusive for DA.

Ritchie was doing a good job of building the boys side before he left.

I think the St. James would have an interest in building out the boys side as well. Especially if long term plan is probably to bring everything to the facility.

The long term plan is not necessarily to bring everything to the facility. DA will likely have a presence as will locally developped teams in the Springfield area but FCV will still try an maintain a presence in Loudoun for the player pool.

Springfield is the right location for a boys feeder DA, regardless of club affiliation. It is a good compromise location for a lot of talent on the boys side.

FCV does not have a boys DA and likely will not get one.

Agreed. My point was a geographic one only, as the point itself made clear.

Considering Arlington and DC United it would not be a great location for another boys DA.

It would be in lieu of Arlington. Not proposing expansion.

Well Arlington has a boys DA and a much larger player pool than any FCV startup in Springfield. FCV does not have a large or prominent boys side as is and would not be granted a DA, especially in lieu of Arlington.

The Springfield area pool is split by at least 6 different Clubs. Arlington has a monopoly which is you are in Arlington really sucks. Nowhere to go which they bank on btw.
