Futsal teams/leagues for unaffiliated player

We are in Bethesda and my younger DD would like to joing a U9 futsal team. She is a rec player at this point but desperately wants to play after years of watching her older sibling play. Our older child always joined futsal with her entire team and never played at U9. Are you aware of any leagues/teams that and individual player can join?

PPA has development futsal for that age.
