Also, I don't believe in god.

McMansions and subdivisions are hideous.

Gas should cost a hell of a lot more.

I am disgusted by people who drive Mercedes and other status-symbol cars. Especially Mercedes, though.

Instead of using monkeys and beagles and rats for experiments, scientists should just use pedophiles, murderers, and rapists instead. But we have to be sure they did it.

I think we'd be friends.

I think stay home dads are pathetic. Sorry -- not PC but that's my opinion. A dude who is content to wipe butts all day while his wife brings home all the bacon is not much of a man in my eyes; I can see one spouse taking an "easier" job when kids are young but a man opting out entirely just doesn't sit well.

Worse yet are the SAHDs who whine like women about how hard it is to have 2 young kids at home . . . you're a dude who is getting the mortgage paid, roll with it . . . .

I totally judge people look down on hunting yet still eat store-bought meat. I have nothing against eating meat, but if you do it, don't be hypocritical. Hunting is much more humane to the animal than raising it in a confined space its entire life, much healthier (corn is NOT meant to be fed to animals, and the meat is not sooo processed), and SIGNIFICANTLY better for the environment. Large scale farming has significant impacts on the environment, including the amount of methane given off and the amount of fossil fuels required to process it and transport it to grocery stores.

I believe that people shouldn't have children out of wedlock.
Men who don't pay child support or leave women with children should be castrated.
It is not the government's responsibility to raise your child. If you can't afford to raise a child, then you should not have them.
Monsters who rape women and children should be castrated and burn to death.
I think that organized religion is the most destructive thing on the planet earth.
I fully support gentrification in DC. It's time to rid this city of the riff raff.
I hate pets. Pet owners are so annoying.
I hate Metro and I love my car.
Public schools are going downhill due to the increase of FARM students and ESL students.
Abortion is an absolute evil that must exist to rid society from unwanted children and children born into poverty.
I hate immigrants who come to the USA and refuse to assimilate. Either assimilate or go the fuck home to your own country. We need to stop catering to immigrants.
I think football is a homothug sport. It's a way for in the closet gay men to pretend how manly they are.

Why do so many atheists seem to be so angry and condescending? In my life, I've seen only one atheist who isn't disrespectful to believers and others who don't share their belief system. Why?? Why can't atheists disagree respectfully?

I tend to agree. I'm an agnostic, but my cousin is a hardcore atheist who is always shoving her non-belief down others' throats and ridiculing believers. Isn't that just as bad as religious people who proselytize zealously and talk about "hell and damnation"? How is it different? It's not.

I'm an atheist and only a handful of people know that. Most of my friends know I'm not religious but I've only told a few people that I don't believe in god or an afterlife. In fact, the two other people I know who are atheists are very quiet about it too. Maybe it's just the people you associate with?

Don't feel sorry for me, I wanted big babies. They were my reward and the large size told me I nailed this pregnancy thing.

I've never had kids but when I do I want a big baby. I was a BIG baby and am a size zero now. And when I was a baby I always got complimented and stopped in stores for looking like the gerber baby! So definitely cute.

the thing is, you have very little control over it. I take no credit in the size of my babies. I struggled to eat at all due to morning (ha-total misnomer) sickness, but I still gained 30 lbs both times. They came out almost EXACTLY the same size - my second was one ounce heavier. Seriously, one ounce. That is just the size I make them. Just do your best to be healthy and barring serious medical conditions, you will get the perfect size baby for you.

I agree. There was a 0.3 oz difference between my two and with #1 I gained 25lbs, and with #2 I gained 35lbs.

I think a lot of the hate towards fat people is because they take society's ideas of "beauty" and say "fuck that".

I believe it is totally possible to be fat and healthy.

I don't understand the Obama hate. I mean... What president is perfect? Also, I saw gas today for $2.07.

Stop with the flag worship. Big fucking deal if the flag touches the ground. It is a piece of fabric. People get too wrapped up in sacredness of objects.

Same with SAHMs. Fulltime parenting is nothing but a cop out for people who are too lazy to work. And they raise selfish, bored, entitled kids.

I think this becomes less true the older a person gets. Maybe some people can be happy being single their whole lives, but I think by the time you hit your late 40's/early 50's, you get lonely. Most people by that age have settled down with someone and/or had kids and you end up being the "extra" person at holiday get-togethers. Your parents may have died and your siblings have their own lives and families. Your friends are busy/tied down/too tired to make plans. You are getting set in your ways. Let's face it, by middle age, you are probably not having a huge social life. You are not hitting the town every weekend or going on a big hiking or skiing trip. You are probably just hanging out at home with your pets.
