don't you love this? Just have to add to it when the remaining recruits decide so we have a whole poem. I think I'll print it off and get it framed for the team! |
Special request to add to the poem when all the players commit. |
Please send a pic of their reaction to you when you do. |

You have to be trolling. We are laughing at you not with you |
What tracks is that Capital has eight players heading to top 30 programs, five of which are ivies. Pushback however you want. These are great stats by any definition. Parents and parents are right to be proud. |
See how easy that was? |
I see what you are referring to now. Good job getting to the bottom of it. I agree UNC would be amazing for lax, academics and $. I doubt anyone would pass that up. |
I know of a player locally and one from New York that could of played at UNC but each had no interest. They both did not need/want the scholarship money. The players did not want to deal with a school that relies heavily on the transfer portal and fifth years to win games. So playing lacrosse at UNC would NOT be amazing if each year you're dealing with the constant pressure of losing your spot because of the transfer portal and fifth years. It will be interesting to see how much playtime the CavLax player going to UNC gets her freshman year. UNC was noted as the#1 transfer portal ranking on Inside Lacrosse. This is a big turn off for UNC. https://www.insidelacrosse.com/article/2025-di-women-s-transfer-rankings-north-carolina-no-1-and-charlotte-s-first-year-splash/63952 |
IKR!!!?? I’m dying trying to think if I can imagine someone actually saying this - it would have to be someone like Betty Boop. It’s pure comedic GOLD!! |
Ding ding ding. That’s exactly what some Cap parent was saying. And it is in fact pathetic that she feels the need to pretend her Ivy committed daughter/teammates actually got offers from several of the top ranked teams (that are also academically elite btw). Really obnoxious too. And cringey. And sad really sad. |
