At the rink around the fountain in Georgetown - by the river. It was great!

Fort Dupont ice arena. They have a party room and I think you can get a lesson included in the package. It’s not fancy, but it’s fun and not super expensive.

+1. It seems far away but is so close to the highway, it is a breeze to get there.

Fort DuPont was the best - inside, god party room, small and close to ice, easy free parking
