I am a state employee. I was planning on resigning this spring, and now that I am pregnant will almost definitely leave. However, my supervisor informed me of Hogan's policy of 3 months' paid leave. I'd be a fool not to take it. But how do I find out how long I have to return to work before I can resign? Yes, I know this is an asshole move. But don't act like I'm the first person to quit after maternity leave. I'm not leaving the work force, just switching back to a more family friendly schedule. |
