Any success stories with IUI and high FSH/ DOR?

We're contemplating IUI with SG, but I have high FSH. If you were successful with IUI (and had a high FSH), how many tries did it take you? Did you have a singleton or twins? TIA!!

Hi, OP. What's your FSH and age? That's helpful for comparison. I was nervous when my FSH came back greater than 10, but I'm 30 and my Antral Follicle Count was 16 combined-- RE assured me that those numbers are good... going with IUI/clomid, next month.

I'm not OP, but in the same situation. I'm 38 and FSH was 23. Doc (also at SG) said my other levels were completely normal (including LH which is supposed to also be high if FSH is high), which is odd for such a high FSH. He thinks we should still give it a go and I'm supposed to have an HSG tomorrow.

I'm also interested to find out if anyone was able to conceive with that high of an FSH and what method they used.

OP here. FSH is 16, and I'm 39. Other levels (LH, estrogen) are normal (even on the low side), but antral follicle count is <5.

I conceived via IUI with an FSH of 15. Successful delivery in april 07. Tried IUI again but with FSH of 26. After 3 cycles and no ovarian response, moved to try natural. Conceived via natural (monitoring CF as cycles were irregular) but miscarried at 8wks. Conceived a 3rd time via natural and delivered second healthy miracle baby in August. Don't give up!!

13:10 - Did you do a straight IUI, or use stims (clomid or other?)?

Congratulations on getting pg naturally! That's wonderful!
