| All MD state plans have to cover IVF. |

| All the individual plans are under the MD IVF mandate. So IVF will be covered if you meet that criteria. Make sure you look at all the specifics on deductibles and drug coverage. For last year, the low deductible plans were the best option. I went with Carefirst. |
