Traffic question

So, I was driving behind my neighbor's car, going home from school together, each in our own car. We proceeded from an intersection in our neighborhood and another neighbor thought to yell at her for supposedly going through the stop sign without stopping. The other neighbor was on a perpendicular street, up the street, and behind/in between two work trucks, so she had no way her of knowing or seeing entirely. There are many more than usual work trucks in the neighborhood this week cleaning up yard debris, and there are quite a lot of commuters who speed through the neighborhood, so in a way, if she was reasonable and right - she was neither, I would understand her anger. We think she was mad about something else, or just isn't dealing with a full deck, but my friend definitely stopped.

Anyway, my friend has a dash cam, and it clearly shows her stopping, then proceeding, after a full stop. I also know this, because I was stopped behind her before my turn to stop at the stop sign, so I would be her witness in court if needed - it's not this time. It is clear, there is no question, and the neighbor who stopped to yell at my friend looked like she needed help, so my friend stopped, because that is the kind of person she is. The dash cam also has the license plate, and the woman being peculiar on the video, so my friend is going to save the video, because it is only a matter of time before something like this happens again, probably with the wrong person, and probably not having a good ending.

My question is this: would you post the video on the list serve? It was a white Lexus 4 series, and kind of sticks out in the neighborhood, so we know who it is, and my friend and I separately have seen this woman doing this kind of thing before. She does not seem to know us. Traffic is a hot topic in the neighborhood, understandably, and the woman's frustration/anger/whatever was clearly misdirected, so she was way out of line. We could see her yelling at the speeders, but I guess she can't catch them. I am thinking about getting a dash cam now. Let it go?

Let it go. It's not like your friend will get in trouble. The neighbor is building her own reputation. There's a guy who speed walks around my neighborhood for exercise and he's well known as the angry guy who yells at everyone. He's often yelling at ppl for stuff that's not even bad/in the wrong. The general sentiment is to feel bad for him and the anger he holds in his heart.
