Nanny rate for 2nd child

| How much more do people tend to pay for times when their nanny has 2 kids? We have a baby and a child in pre school so there are a few hours each day where our amazing nanny has both. Just trying to get a feel for the going 2 child rate. |

| Doesn’t matter if the older child is there or not. If she has two charges, she gets the two child rate. And for me, it depends on the family/duties. |

| Agree with above. If she is responsible for the 2nd child even if hes not with her she gets paid for that. If you have an agreement where she doesmt have to take care of him on sick days, snow days, holidays etc than that might be different. But if she may have to drop everything to pick him up for any reason then you pay for that. |
