Holiday shopping: do the following ever go on sale?

Anonymous
Daughters are interested in several high-ticket items for the holidays: Uggs, Lululemon, and AirPods. Are either likely to be on sale after Thanksgiving? Where and when have people found the best prices?
Anonymous
Lululemon has a sale section online and usually has the more popular leggings in less popular colors.

Would they be okay with second hand?

Airpods are $10 off at Costco after Thanksgiving

Go to the Ugg outlet in Leesburg. They're always on sale.

Good luck. I tried to get sale airpods last year and every place was sold out. Even when they restocked, I couldn't get them at full price. They sell out quick.

Who gives second hand items as gifts?

I think it said Costco online?

Kind of feel like girls who want Ugg’s, AirPods and lily lemon would not be excited about used gifts

NP: those who care about the environment, those who want something “nicer” but can’t afford new retail pricing...

If my teenagers wanted expensive items, I would ask if they would accept second hand - and they always say yes. I guess it depends what your kid(s) want/like. Mine likes name brands but as many as she can get. Second hand stuff means that she can have several pairs or items of this or that: North Face, Patagonia, Lululemon, etc. I don't see what the big deal is.

Yep. Poshmark is great for this kind of thing. Also consignment stores if you have the time, or Buffalo Exchange type places.

Yep, it would be totally okay within my family.

Check Bestbuy and Target's Black Friday ads or consider getting an older version of the Airpods. I'm not sure if the Apple store has them refurbished?

Nordstrom Rack sometimes has Uggs.
