| Does anyone know if it's safe to take Ferrous Sulfate while breastfeeding? I was taking it during pregnancy for low iron. |

if it's safe during pregnancy, it's almost certainly safe during breastfeeding
mothertobaby.org, infant risk center, and the app lactmed are all reputable sources. i didn't find ferrous sulfate , but you can call, email, or text with mothertobaby and infant risk center. |

| Yes. I was anemic during pregnancy and took iron, and my OB had me continue taking it after giving birth. |
