Struggling a bit to find the information I need. Interested in looking into this coverage for IVF next year but do I need to have 2 years of documented infertility in order to do so?

I didn't have 2 years of documented infertility. What clinic are you looking at? You could ask their insurance person what you would need to show.

We’re at shady grove. Have already done a few IUIs and will move to IVF next. Unexplained infertility

Not sure about unexplained. I believe it says 6 iuis so it's possible you may need to do that many before insurance pays for IVF. Maybe ask your financial councilor?
