Thai Yoga Massage

Has anyone ever had a Thai Yoga Massage? The description is below in case you had one and it was called something different. DH and I are going away for two nights - the first time since I was pregnant with DD1 who is almost 5! I am going to splurge on a spa treatment or two and am trying to decide if this is worth it - it sounds great but it is also pricey and long - 100 minutes.

Thai Yoga is a deeply healing and powerful combination of rhythmic massage, acupressure, yoga stretching, gentle twisting and energy work all rolled into one incredible experience. It
is performed on a mat on the floor where both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility. No oils or creams are used.

I've never had one but have wanted to have one for a long time. The closest I've come was watching someone get one on a travel show where they were featuring Thailand. The host of the show was getting a thai massage on a beach at koh samui and it looked like it would just feel incredibly good. I would go for it. 100 minutes sounds long but whenever I get an 80 minute deep tissue massage the time always flies and I wish it were longer.

Thai massage is nice if you want to get stretched out. If you have lots of knots, hot stone massages can be great.
